For youth
Your people are here.
Somewhere to actually be: with food, a studio, and people worth knowing. Not another class. The place you choose.
Friday Nights · Family Sundays · Workshops: free, and you don't need an account.

Find something
What do you actually feel like doing?
Pick a thing, or an age, or both. Prices and whether you need an account come straight from the rules behind each program, not from this page.
9 things that fit, type an age or pick a chip to narrow it down
Straight up
You don't have to leave parts of yourself at the door.
Home, school and the masjid all have their place. This is the one you pick, and it adds to them rather than competing with them.
Be all of it
Muslim and into football, gaming, art, business, film. Nobody here treats that as a contradiction to be managed.
Ask the real questions
The ones that feel too big for home and too real for school. You will not be handled.
Bring your friends
Most people arrive the first time with someone they already know. They do not have to be Muslim.
Coming once
What happens if you turn up not knowing anyone.
The most common reason people don't come. So here is the whole thing, start to finish.
- 01
Before you come
Nothing to sign up for. Friday Nights, Workshops and Family Sundays are free and need no account: you can RSVP so we know how much food to make, but turning up unannounced is fine too.
- 02
When you get here
6 Arc Place in Staten Island. Come to the front desk, that is the only door you need to find. Someone takes your name and that is check-in done.
- 03
If you know nobody
Say so at the desk. Somebody will be told to find you, get you into whatever is running, and introduce you to two or three people by name. You are not left to work out the room by yourself.
- 04
Bring someone
Most people come the first time with someone they already know. Bring a friend, count them in when you RSVP so the food adds up. They do not have to be Muslim.
- 05
You do not have to join in
Sitting at the edge with a game is a completely normal first night. There is no icebreaker, no going round the circle, nobody making you talk.
- 06
Leaving
Stay as long or as little as you want. Nobody signs you up for anything on the way out.
What to bring
- Yourself. That is the requirement.
- A friend, if you want one there.
- Getting in on a Friday is free. Dinner is halal and $10 if you want it.
The full detail: screening, ratios, pickup, phones, what happens when something goes wrong, is written out on the safety page.
Who's here
People a few steps ahead.
Stewards: NEXGEN's 18–29s, plus staff. Close enough in age to remember what 13 and 16 actually felt like, far enough ahead to be worth listening to. Not there to fix you.
If you stick around
It can go further than showing up.
Not a ladder anyone is put on. Just what is actually available if you want it.
- 01
Come
Turn up once. Friday is the usual way in.
- 02
Join
Free account. Nothing to pay, nothing to commit to.
- 03
Try
A workshop, a studio session, a Saturday.
- 04
Make
Record something. Build something. Finish it.
- 05
Help
Run a table, set up, look after the new kid.
- 06
Lead
Steward roles are paid. Some of them are open.
Soft opening, Sat, Sep 5.
Coming once costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The free account is for after you have decided you like it.
